(RE-SCHEDULING) Internal Family Systems Book Club

Date: September 10 - November 19, 2026

Please join CCRC's Internal Family Systems Book Club facilitated by our CEO, Josh Hetherington, LMFT, LCPC. Meetings will occur weekly on Thursdays, 10am–11am CST, from September 11th until November 20th, 2025. The book of focus will be No Bad Parts: Healing Trauma and Restoring Wholeness with the Internal Family Systems Model, by Richard Schwartz, PhD (2021).

As a prerequisite to joining, please complete the course Introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness, available through CCRC's website here and also facilitated by Josh Hetherington, LMFT, LCPC.

This is a beginner level clinician course; some experience in Internal Family Systems (IFS) recommended but not required. Each meeting will consist of a guided mindfulness exercise, chapter discussion, and case presentation and discussion. A format for case presentation will be provided and all members are invited to present and discuss to support the integration of book topic material into clinical application.
